This Web site has 3 main objectives:

 

1. To highlight success stories from horticulture programs nationwide on student journeys towards rewarding careers in floriculture.
2. To produce a clearinghouse of electronic information highlighting floriculture programs, internship participants, intern testimonials, surveys, jobs, and salaries.
3. To provide academic leaders with a resource of information to help students mold their career path.

 

Projected Impact to the Floriculture Industry:

 

1. To provide the industry with student reflections on careers in floriculture.
2. To increase the level of competent and knowledgeable floriculture graduates from horticulture programs.
3. To improve relations between academic and industry leaders about internships, floriculture careers, and student training.
